Registered in the list of arbitrators maintained by the Ministry of Justice (Reg.-No. 46), who are able to be determined for the decision of disputes from consumer agreements.

Petr Štefka’s practice focuses mainly on business law, law of business corporations, private international law and government procurement law.
He studied law at Charles University in Prague. He gained professional legal experiences in the international firm Allen & Overy . After that he works in management of international company.

Petr Dočekal

Petr Dočekal practises general law with particular specialization in business law, company law, civil law, and migration law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague, within the course of which he studied one year at the Faculty of Law at the University of Granada in Spain. Petr has wide range of working experience including working as an intern and subsequently as a lawyer at some of the international law firms in Prague. After getting qualified, Petr has started working as an independent attorney-at-law (advocate). Petr speaks Czech, English, Spanish, and German.

Jakub Štefka

Jakub Štefka’s practice focuses mainly on business law, law of business corporations and private international law. He also provides legal advice in the field of diplomatic law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He completed a one-year course at Faculty of Law in Valencia during the studies. He also founded a Spanish company in this city. He subsequently became a member of this company’s management. He gained professional legal experiences in Clifford Chance Praha international firm and since 2013 he has worked as a law clerk of Fojt|Kocour law firm.
